Buffalo cauliflower wings

Steps

1. Whisk together flour, milk and spices. Dip the florets into the batter, fully coating them. Then roll them in the bread crumbs

2. Spread them out evenly on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375F for 25 minutes

3. While the florets are baking, make the buffalo sauce. Simply melt the butter and mix it well into the hot sauce

4. Once the florets are done, toss them in the buffalo sauce, and bake for another 20 minutes - or until crispy

How to make

Ingredients

- 1 small head of cauliflower, cut into florets

- 1 cup flour (can use gluten free, or skip the step)

- 3/4 cup almond milk

- 2 tsp garlic powder

- 2 tsp onion powder

- 2 tsp paprika

- salt and pepper

- 1 cup frank's hot sauce

- 1 tbsp vegan butter (add more butter less hot sauce to make it milder)
