Mushroom gravy

Steps

1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Then add shallots and mushrooms, add a bit of salt to help cook. Cook for 7-8 minutes

2. Add garlic and thyme and cook for 2 minutes

3. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly

4. Add 1/2 of liquids, stirring until completely combined, then add remaining liquids

5. Simmer on medium-low for 5-10 minutes or until desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.

- 3-4 cups sliced mushrooms

- 2 garlic cloves

- 1 tbsp thyme

- 3 tbsp flour

- 2 cups veggie stock

- 1 cup water
